Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

While we always try to ship your entire order together, there are occasions where items may be sent in separate shipments due to product availability, items shipping directly from a supplier, or larger orders requiring multiple parcels. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can send the correct product along with a prepaid return label for the wrong item — at no additional cost to you. Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, with original packaging intact.
