Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective damaged or not as described. In those cases we provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.
Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Unfortunately items purchased at a sale or discounted price are considered final sales and cannot be returned exchanged or refunded.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it provided it has not yet been dispatched. Simply email us at info@veldorastore.com within that timeframe for a full refund.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days with total estimated delivery of 4-7 business days for US orders.
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum purchase required.
At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States.
FedEx is our primary shipping partner. Depending on your location UPS or USPS may also be used.
Yes! Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to our tracking tool.
We always try to ship your entire order together but occasionally items may be sent in separate shipments due to product availability or items shipping from different locations. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing we recommend contacting your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved please contact our support at info@veldorastore.com and we will assist you with next steps.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund at no extra cost to you. We will also cover all return shipping costs.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will send the correct product along with a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no additional cost to you.
